Telesales & Customer Service Executive

We are currently looking to expand our Telesales Department. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team, operating in a fast paced and exciting environment.

Responsibilities

* Build long term relationships with customers over the phone

* Take incoming calls and solve customer queries & issues

* Inputting orders over the phone and taking the opportunity to discuss current promotions

* No cold calling

Required skills

* Previous sales experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided

* Ability to organize, prioritize and complete tasks

* Excellent communications skills

* Customer focused with a proactive approach

* Able to work well in a team

* Good attention to detail

*Full time & permanent
