We provide allergen, ingredient and nutritional information for all foodservice products on our online ordering platform (where suppliers are registered with Erudus). We also partner with Kafoodle and Erudus to provide menu planning solutions including recipe management and label printing, with Natasha’s Law in mind.

Plant Based
In line with demand, we have enhanced our plant-based offering by adding a further 50 products. Veganism isn’t a trend, it’s a way of life and an expectation. The range, which helps our customers offer sustainable choices, includes drinks, snacks, meal solutions and desserts, and features innovative brands such as Meatless Farm, Tofoo, NotPLA and Creative Nature.
Our Range
With over 4500 products in stock, we supply ambient, chilled, frozen, butchery, fresh produce and non-food items. Leading brands include McCain, Heinz, Nestle, Cadbury, Kelloggs, Rodda’s, Flora, Uncle Bens, Bisto, Knorr, Tetley, Persil, Finish, Mr Muscle and Flash.
We also support local brands such as Tarka Spring Water, Burts Crisps, Cakesmiths, Miles Tea and Frobishers.
Country Range
Our own brand is 800 products-strong and used by top chefs nationwide. The quality, consistency and affordability of these grocery, chilled, frozen and non-food products makes them widely regarded as the best in foodservice. Today’s foodie world is an exciting and varied place. We follow insight, attend events and regularly meet with suppliers and chefs to develop influential products as well as everyday essentials.
