We were delighted to have Mark from Diggers on site, serving up incredible Salt & Chilli Shredded Chicken Bao Buns. Packed with flavour, the bao buns were coated in Rich Sauces’ delicious Korean BBQ sauce and finished with a fresh, crunchy slaw, making them a real crowd favourite throughout the day.

With glorious sunshine, a lively festival atmosphere and plenty of fantastic food on offer, the event was a huge success from start to finish. It was great to see so many people getting involved, trying something new and enjoying the street food experience.

A big thank you to Lord Wandsworth College for having us, to Mark and the Diggers team for serving up such amazing food, and to everyone who came along and helped make the day so memorable. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
