Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Goods In Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires strong clerical skills, proficiency in various software applications, and excellent communication abilities. If you are a proactive individual with a passion for organisation and efficiency, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring all inbound deliveries are booked in and provide their paperwork
- Checking delivery notes match expected goods
- Once goods are booked in, checking for discrepancies & reporting issues
- Ability to challenge colleagues on discrepancies
- Liaising with internal departments
- Communicating with suppliers and hauliers
- Customer collections
- Occasional warehouse work eg. stock counting
- Goods in admin
Person Specification Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Previous experience of working in a Warehouse environment desirable
- Attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
- IT literate
- Ability to learn Company Systems
- HACCP
