It’s the first time we’ve worked in a warehouse – it was a new challenge for us! We arrived in a male-dominated environment, but soon became part of the team, and everyone got on so well. We had great training and were soon up to speed. We now feel we’ve made the “Chiller” department our own and know what is required to get the job done. Savona has a great understanding regarding child care and have been flexible when needed, which really helps. We wish we would have taken the plunge into warehousing sooner as it’s great for us females as well!

They say time flies when you’re having fun. Well I am still here 16 years later. I started as a telesales operator and with the belief and guidance from the company I progressed to telesales manager, leading and supporting the team to be the best they could be. Your hard work is always noticed and never taken for granted, a very special quality that Savona live and breathe, always putting their people first. You are always a person and never a number. My colleagues are like family, all working and striving towards the same goal – great service and customer satisfaction, continually working to improve service to our customers as they are always at the heart of everything we do. I’ve now progressed to a Business Development Manager, working closely with colleges in the area. If you cut me in half you would find Savona! There is nowhere else I would want to be.
