Purpose of Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Inventory team, based in our Oxford depot. In this role, you will ensure that product stock levels are kept in line with customer demand and will collaborate with other departments and suppliers.
You will have the autonomy to make decisions and take total ownership of your supplier base to ensure our customers’ orders are fulfilled.
This role is fast-paced and challenging, yet very rewarding. Teamwork skills are essential.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- English and Maths GCSE
- Demonstrable evidence of a good level of Microsoft Excel ability
- Ability to quickly pick up and understand new systems.
- Has previous experience in inventory, order fulfilment, stock management, product complaints, and inbound deliveries.
Accountabilities
- Managing stock availability for your supplier portfolio across all 3 depots
- Identifying and resolving potential issues and opportunities.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Working to exceed KPIs, including stock levels, stock availability, and stock write-off
- Dealing with product queries
- Ad-hoc tasks as required.
